The authorities carried out an operation at various locations and sanctioned a table water processing plant, because they found observations at a location located in the province of Sullana.
The intervention was carried out by prosecutor Juan Aguilar of the Crime Prevention Prosecutor’s Office, together with Inspection personnel from the Provincial Municipality of Sullana and the Directorate of Health Regulation and Supervision (DIRFIS).
As a result of the intervention, municipal staff imposed a penalty on the premises located in the Buenos Aires neighborhood for having the infrastructure in a poor state of conservation, equivalent to a fine of 40% of the UIT.
Furthermore, the Prosecutor’s Office urged the owner to immediately correct the observations detected. Likewise, they announced the execution of operations on establishments in other areas in this city.
