The authorities intervened in various bars and nightclubs in the Ignacio Escudero district, in the province of Sullanasanctioning several establishments for non-compliance with the rules.
The operation was carried out by prosecutors Sara Vidal Coronado and Kevin Antón Siancas of the Crime Prevention Prosecutor’s Office, together with the Police and personnel of the District Municipality of Ignacio Escudero.
They went to a bar in the Santa Sofía village, where municipal staff verified that it did not have the documentation for its legal operation, so a preventive sanction was imposed and a period of seven days was granted for the corresponding regularization.
At the scene, the Police carried out identity checks on the parishioners who were drinking alcoholic beverages, obtaining negative results for minors and required persons.
Likewise, they intervened in a nightclub, where the authorities noticed the lack of documentation for its legal operation, applying an infraction equivalent to 50% of the Tax Tax Unit (UIT) and the temporary closure for ten days. They also went to another location, where they confirmed that the documentation for its operation is being processed.
