The prosecutors collected data from emails and other documents belonging to the former heads of Administration and Planning of the Municipality of Sullana.
As recalled, on July 25, Mayor Marlem Mogollón denounced that criminals stole said amount from one of the commune’s accounts and used a form of fraud based on “masked numbers.”
Given these events, the former heads of said compromised areas, Eloy Cisneros and Lucio Cruzado, were dismissed from the Municipality of Sullana for alleged negligence in the handling of sensitive information.
