In the company of Jhonatan Jeampierre Briceño Chipana (20), a subject for whom he had restrictive measures, the 13-year-old CADS minor was found who disappeared from his home in San Juan de Lurigancho in Lima on January 10. Police personnel from the Pichanaqui Police Station arrived at the home located in the Hermanas Paucar housing association in Sangani – Perené.
The minor’s father presented a document from the Superior Court of Justice of Lima Este granting protection measures to the minor against Jhonatan Jeampierre Briceño, whom he accused of having induced his daughter to escape to Pichanaqui.
Briceño Chipana accepted having had sexual relations with the minor, for which he would be immersed in the alleged crime of sexual rape against a minor and inducing the escape of a minor, being transferred to the Pichanaqui police station and making him available to the Seincri area for law investigations.
It should be noted that the detainee would have a record of crimes of the same nature to the detriment of another minor.
