Photographer Óscar Chávez, reported missing in CDMX, is found dead

In addition, he regretted the slowness with which the authorities acted, since it was reported to him that Óscar died the same day he disappeared.

“They can’t tell me why or how he died. My son is a human being, my son was not bad, why do they have to be their children (of some authority), so that they appear as a magic wand, ”he told Image News.

The photographer’s friend, the plastic artist Adriana González Camarena, wrote: “More we investigated a group of young people, a mother and me.”

He denounced that the authorities did not act with the speed that a case of disappearance required, so unfortunately the body was found lifeless until a week later, in the Mexican municipality.

“A whole facade of attention to the disappeared and they did not look for anything, this system does not work if they are not media cases, if you are not a politician,” he said.
