During a hearing for the case called ghost propaganda, member Walter Pérez of the Second Criminal Chamber determined to grant you permission to work a Rubén Costas, Roly Aguilera and Manuel ‘Mamén’ Saavedra, which reduced their home detention hours.

In addition, Judge Parada ordered them to pay bail of 10,000 bolivianos, which was increased to Bs 30,000 by member Pérez, as one of the measures determined this Thursday at the hearing.

“The vowel has ratified in part the house arrest resolution of the defendants and has only modified the schedule, allowing him to leave from six in the morning to seven at night to work and has increased the amount of bail from Bs 10 thousand to Bs 30 thousand”, detailed prosecutor Barrientos.

Likewise, the representative of the Public Ministry assured that if the three defendants fail to comply with these new resolutions alternative measures can be changed with which they were benefited.

In this case called propagate ghosts, Costas was charged with five crimes: breach of dutiesembezzlement, improper use of influence, uneconomic conduct and legitimization of illicit profits, while Aguilera and Mamén are only accused of: reception from crimes of corruption and legitimation of illicit profits.
