The Federal Police (PF) launched, today (3), the fourth phase of Operation Lesa Pátria, continuing the work of identifying people who participated, financed or encouraged coup acts that resulted in the invasion and vandalism of the headquarters of the Three Powers, in Brasília, on the 8th of January of this year.
Three preventive arrest warrants and 14 search and seizure warrants are being carried out in Rondônia, Goiás, Espírito Santo, São Paulo, Mato Grosso and in the Federal District.
“The facts investigated constitute, in theory, the crimes of violent abolition of the Democratic State of Law, coup d’état, qualified damage, criminal association, incitement to crime, destruction and deterioration or destruction of specially protected property”, he informed, in a note, the Federal Police.

The warrants were issued by the Federal Supreme Court (STF) in response to the actions of coup leaders who “promoted violence and widespread damage against real estate, furniture and objects” at the Planalto Palace, the National Congress and the Federal Supreme Court.
The PF opened a reporting channel to identify people who participated in, financed or encouraged coup acts. Complaints can be sent to the email [email protected].
