According to the PF, the investigations began 1 year and 6 months ago after a criminal report about irregularities in the hiring of a social organization to manage health services in Bananal.

The investigation indicated that the hiring was directed and that it subcontracted, with about 60% of the contract value, a company without the necessary qualifications to provide medical and outpatient services. There were also signs of payment for services that were not provided.
