THE Federal Police Agent (PF) Wladmir Matos Soares said This Monday (28) that already participated in the security team of Alexandre de Moraes during the period when the magistrate was Minister of Justicein 2016. Soares also said he was a fan of the minister. 
THE Policeman is one of the defendants of Core 3 of the Republic Attorney General’s Office (PGR) And it was questioned by video conferencing by Judge Rafael Tamai, auxiliary magistrate of the minister, who is rapporteur of the case. He’s been in prison since last year.
During the testimony, the police explained that he has experience in holding the security of major events and in protecting authorities. For this reason, he was scheduled to be around the hotel where President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva stayed during the government transition at the end of 2022.
“In 2016, during the Olympics, I participated in the security of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, when he was there, as Minister of Justice. I was a fan of him. When I graduated in law, I studied for his book,” he said.
According to the investigations, Soares would have leaked information about Lula’s security.
THE transfer of information would have occurred on November 13, 2022. At the time, He was part of the external safety team responsible for the hotel.
The day before, Lula was graduated as President -elect of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) and the attacks on the PF headquarters, in Brasilia, took place.
Soares also denied having performed illegal activities.
“I was imbued with an official PF operation, which was Operation Possession. The hotels I took care of were the hotels close to that of the president -elect,” he said.
Interrogation
THE STF today interrogated nine Army military personnel and a federal police who belong to core 3 of the complaint filed by the PGR.
Part of the military was part of the Army Special Forces Battalion, whose Soldiers are known as “Kids-Blacks”.
The accused of this core are accused of planning “tactical actions” to effect the coup plan, including the monitoring of Alexandre de Moraes and President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
