Petroperú launched two strategic processes for the hiring of a company specialized in the integral transformation of the oil company, and to carry out the forensic analysis of the Talara refinery.
The International Public Contest for the Hiring of the Service of a Specialized Signature that is responsible for designing and managing the implementation of the comprehensive transformation process of Petroperú SA, —CTO CHIEF Transformation Offer – whose function will be to accompany the Board of Directors in the implementation of strategic, operational and financial measures for the sustainability of the company. The proposals may be submitted until October 24, 2025.
Likewise, in accordance with the Board of Directors No. 112-2024, the international tender for the internal forensic analysis service of the new Talara refinery (audit) has been convened, which will review all the stages of the megaproject from its origin to its operation with the objective of identifying relevant technical and financial findings. The proposals may be submitted until October 20, 2025.
