In fact, he gave the example of the oil port where find one of the main headquarters of the company Ecopetrol. Likewise, he invited the community to participate in the dialogues to start thinking about sustaining the economy when the use of fuel ends.

”Perhaps these are the last years of oil, and what about Barrancabermeja, we must do it now, what is the role of Barranca and the Middle Magdalena in the immediate future?
