And he added: “Bogotá is busted because Capital Salud has just gone bankrupt, it will not be able to pay the district hospitals and the city will have to cover a good part of this. Petro destroying the country, but the leftists and Petrists are happy (especially those who have positions, contracts and negotiated with the Government)“.
