Peruvian diplomats reject tino of President Boluarte

He has not done any favor to Peru and no favor has been done to her or the investment possibilities. What was the object of saying that the President (of the US) had not liked it? Is something that was already known,”
Palma said.

The Ambassador Palma extended his criticism beyond the presidential discourse, pointing to the lack of confidence that, according to him, affects the country. “Peru offers lots of investment possibilities, but what cannot offer is confidence,” he said. The diplomat cited the low integrity index of the country, which Peru occupies the 127th position in the world corruption ranking and also questioned the capacity of the current authorities to generate a positive change. “With this type of authorities at all levels we will not go far,” he said.

In the Foreign Ministry are alert to a possible formal communication of the United States government.
