“Surely the bench, in this case the spokeswoman, will make the evaluations, but by not adhering to what is the proper regulation and procedures, because here the president (José Williams) is assuming responsibilities that the Plenary has not granted him. of Congress, leads to probable censorship”he told TV Peru.
