6. Excluded workers

5. What happens if the holiday falls on my day off?

If a worker rests on the same day as the non-working holiday, it is only counted as a rest day. That is, that person is paid a single payment.

It should be remembered that for this case there is only one exception to the above rule and it is the Labor Day holiday. That is, if the worker rests on that holiday, he will be paid, which is equivalent to two daily payments: one for the weekly rest and another for the holiday.
