The Permanent Commission of Congress will vote on the final report issued by the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations (SAC) of constitutional complaint No. 307 against the former president Pedro Castillo next Wednesday January 11th.
The complaint was presented by the National Prosecutor, Patricia Benavides, and accuses the ex-president as the alleged perpetrator of the crime against public tranquility in the form of criminal organization and aggravated influence peddling.
The session was scheduled for 11:00 am, reported the president of the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations, Lady Camoneswho added that the complaint also includes Juan Silva Villegas Y Geiner Alvarado Lopezformer Ministers of Transport and Communications, and of Housing, Construction and Sanitation.

In the preview, on Tuesday from 10:00 am, the plenary session of Congress will debate and vote on the final report of constitutional complaints No. 284 and 286 against Congressman Freddy Díaz Monago. The document recommends his disqualification for 10 years from public service for constitutional violation of articles 39, 1 and 2 (numeral 1 and 24, literal h) of the Constitution.
