The Permanent Commission ratified the archiving of the constitutional complaint against Congresswoman Rosío Torres (APP), accused of cutting salaries to 11 workers of his office. The case was part of the investigations known as “Many Loring.”
In February, the subcommission of constitutional accusations had already filed the complaint against Torres, who also presided over a subcommission in Congress. Today, the Permanent Commission confirmed that decision with 10 votes in favor, 9 against and 7 abstentions.
