Peñarol plans to roof the terrace

The Minister of Transportation and Public Works, José Luis Falero, proceeded to inaugurate the roof of the gymnasium of the A. Peñarol Club in Nueva Palmira, which had been partly blown away due to a strong wind. This happens during the inauguration tour that the minister is making on the afternoon of this Friday the 15th in Palmira.

The roofing work was done by agreement between the MTOP and the club’s board of directors.

After the ribbon cutting in the gym itself, the president of the institution, Mario Fernández, proposed to the minister a new agreement, this time to roof the terrace of the headquarters, which would be “about 200 meters.”

Mario Colman (deputy), Aurinegro directors, Minister Fa-lero, OPP representative María de Lima, and Edgard Collazo (MTOP) participated in the ribbon cutting. Mario Fernández proposing a new agreement:
