Penarol got over this monday 4-3 in a penalty shootout against Nacional in the first classic uruguayan soccer of 2023, which ended tied 2-2 in the ninety minutes, within the framework of the series of friendly matches Río de la Plata that takes place in Uruguay until next January 27.
