César Landy Torres, candidate for governor of Alto Paraná, refuted the accusations of the group led by Miguel Prieto, who tried to foist alleged false accusations on him during a presidential debate.

In an interview with Universo-Nación Media radio, César Torres (ANR), candidate for governor of Alto Paraná, spoke about the grievances inflicted by the opposition group in this department.

“I do not have a single fact of complaint in 12 years of management within the public function, I can go for a walk and there is not a single person who can tell me that I am corrupt or a bandit. I demonstrated my conduct with patriotism, I not only had the support of the Colorados, but also of liberals”, replied César Torres, alluding to the attacks received during a debate organized in Alto Paraná.

On the occasion, Daniel Pereira Mujica of the National Democratic Conscience movement, formulated a question loaded with accusations against Torres, who had barely a minute to answer.

“I am not a person’s candidate, I am the candidate of a party where we participated in democratic internal elections, I was not handpicked between four walls, I do not need sponsors, I have my own flight and behavior and I demonstrated that with my testimony of work, facts and results and if today I am a candidate it is for all those merits, “Torres said, when they even told him that time was up.

César Torres, formerly mayor of Santa Rita, is the current cAndidate of the Colorado Party for the governorship of Alto Paraná, where there are four other candidates.
