On the occasion, Daniel Pereira Mujica of the National Democratic Conscience movement, formulated a question loaded with accusations against Torres, who had barely a minute to answer.
“I am not a person’s candidate, I am the candidate of a party where we participated in democratic internal elections, I was not handpicked between four walls, I do not need sponsors, I have my own flight and behavior and I demonstrated that with my testimony of work, facts and results and if today I am a candidate it is for all those merits, “Torres said, when they even told him that time was up.
César Torres, formerly mayor of Santa Rita, is the current cAndidate of the Colorado Party for the governorship of Alto Paraná, where there are four other candidates.
