Deputy Pedro Infante was sworn in as the first vice president of the National Assembly (AN), after being elected by the plenary, this Thursday.
The proposal was presented by the head of the Parliamentary Bloc of the Homeland, deputy Diosdado Cabello, as established in the current internal regulations, for the election of the parliamentary board.
Infante ratified before the president of the parliament, Jorge Rodríguez, the commitment to defend the principles of the Bolivarian Revolution, and for the integrity of the national territory.
The plenary of the National Assembly approved, by majority, the appointment of the board for the 2023-2024 legislative period.
