Pedro Castillo: SBN recovers land in Chilca ceded to a businesswoman who paid bribes

After the businesswoman, today embraced by effective collaboration, recognized the delivery of four million soles in bribes in exchange for benefits from the Ministry of Housing, the entity reported the recovery of the 90-hectare property in Chilca, which is the subject of a legal process.

Goray declared to the special team led by prosecutor Marita Barreto that he delivered the bribes to Salatiel Marrufo, former head of the Cabinet of Housing Advisors, to facilitate the delivery of the land located south of Lima.

Marrufo, for his part, acknowledged that he received the illicit money and that this, in turn, was delivered in parts to former president Castillo. According to the former official, Goray gave him up to S/5 million and a luxurious property valued at more than S/3 million.

Precisely, after Marrufo declared before Congress the delivery of the bribes to Castillo Terrones, he announced the coup d’état on December 7, 2022.

“The SBN continues with the legal physical sanitation procedures and the contentious-administrative action before the Judiciary, as well as with the criminal actions against those who are responsible,” they indicated in a statement from the Ministry of Housing.
