The president of the Republic, peter castlewill participate this Tuesday in the twelfth Decentralized Council of Ministers so far in his government, accompanied by the Cabinet and local authorities, this time in the Huanuco region.
According to the Government, the event will begin at 10 am in the Coliseum of the National University Hermilio Valdizán.
The main objective will be to prepare the Territorial Development Agenda for the region with proposals from local authorities and citizen leaders.

The Decentralized Council of Ministers will begin with words of welcome from the provincial mayor of Huánuco, José Luis Villavicencio, and the regional governor, Erasmo Alejandro Fernández.
The head of the Cabinet, Aníbal Torres, will also give a speech at the beginning of the Council of Ministers and will then be followed by provincial mayors. The closing will be in charge of President Pedro Castillo.
They ask for transparency for Decentralized Councils
The first vice president of Congress, Lady Camones (APP), requested on May 4 the Prime Minister, Aníbal Torres, to be informed about the agreements in minutes, as well as the expenses that these decentralized sessions mean. According to El Comercio, to date they have not received a response.
“They haven’t answered us yet. We had warned about this, we have a Cabinet that travels and it is not bad, because, as they explain, the contact makes the needs directly perceived, but we have warned that the expenses are high and there is no transparency regarding these activities because agreements and minutes are not made public, as in any Council of Ministers, it has to rise”he told this medium.
