Publication of results of the Lima Bar Association was delayed by actions of La Resistencia
The official count of the second electoral round of the Lima Bar Association (CAL), scheduled for Saturday, March 26, was partially interrupted due to the actions of the La Resistencia group, a well-known far-right faction, whose members were present at the facilities of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, such as the USNMSM Admissions Center, located at 5737 Óscar R. Benavides Avenue.
According to the information provided by the lawyer Augusto Medina Otazu, belonging to the college, characters linked to this group have been seen in the vicinity of gate No. 3 of the UNMSM. According to what the jurist stated, the presence of these people caused the count to stop, given that they prevented the CAL Electoral Committee from continuing its work.
