Pedro Castillo after not approving presidential vacancy: “I salute that good sense has prevailed”
President Pedro Castillo greeted that the majority of Congress decided not to support the presidential vacancy motion against him and called on parliamentarians to work together for the benefit of the country.
“I salute that good sense, responsibility and democracy have prevailed. I recognize the parliamentarians who voted against the vacancy, and I respect the decision of those who did. I call on everyone to close this page and work together for the great challenges of the country, ”Castillo Terrones wrote on his twitter.
