Bruno Pacheco and nephews of Pedro Castillo appeal preventive detention this Tuesday
This Tuesday, May 3, the Superior Court of Justice of Lima will review the appeals presented by Bruno Pacheco, the president’s nephews: Fray Vásquez and Gian Marco Castillo, as well as others investigated in order to reverse the preventive detention that weighs for 36 months against him for the Provías case (Puente Tarata III).
The court indicated “schedule the appeal hearing for Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 AM), which will be held by videoconference through the Google Hangouts Meet application, in accordance with Administrative Resolution No. 323-2021-CE-PJ, of the Executive Council of the Judiciary”, according to the document accessed by La República.
