Congressman Edward Málaga filed a constitutional complaint against the Republic President, peter castlebefore the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations, for the alleged improper use of the presidential plane and possible cover-up by a fugitive from justice, in relation to the alleged trip of his nephew Fray Vásquez to the city of Chiclayo.
According to the document accessed by La República, the ungrouped congressman maintains that the president peter castle would have violated articles 38, 39 and 43 of the Constitution, which establish duties with the Nation, as well as good public administration and separation of powers.
Malaga’s initiative against the head of state is due after the dissemination of the people who boarded the presidential plane on a flight to the city of Chiclayo. in which the name of ‘Lay Vásquez Castillo’ is recorded.
This triggered a suspicion that it could be Fray Vásquez Castillo, nephew of the president, who is currently a fugitive from justice and investigated for the alleged crimes of aggravated collusion and criminal organization.
