With harangues and boos they received the president today in Cusco, when trying to enter the restaurant ‘La Cusqueñita’, located on Centenario Avenue, in the historic center of the imperial city.

“Castillo out” and “corrupt out” were some of the phrases shouted by the diners of the well-known traditional picador, in a spontaneous act that occurred when the head of state appeared, investigated for leading a criminal organization entrenched in power.

The images show that the members of the Government could not enter the restaurant and, after a few minutes, they chose to leave.

Cusqueños showed their rejection of President Castillo.

“Castillo entered the splendid place with his security, he did not imagine that he would generate the rejection of the diners, who asked him to leave and remove the corrupt man,” said former congressman Richard Arce.

The president traveled to this city this morning to sign the contract and start work on the Antonio Lorena hospital, accompanied by a committee of the Executive and authorities of the Regional Government of Cusco.

Subsequently, he inspected the works to improve the drinking water service in the northwestern area of ​​Cusco.
