“Castillo wants to talk with him just to make it appear that there is a dialogue, because he could tell Mr. Williams so that he says: ‘I think the vacancy is not what is best (…)’. A dialogue between the Executive and the Legislative is just keeping the forms, it is just trying to make the population believe that the crisis is the product of this conflict between the Executive and the Legislative and that, if they agree, the crisis will end; but that relationship is not the origin of the crisis, it is just a symptom”, he argued.
