He assured that members of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) will substitute teachers who do not attend classes temporarily, because they will propose to retired teachers that they return to the classroom
He deputy of the National Assembly (AN) of 2020 Pedro Carreño asked members of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) to replace teachers who do not go to classes in protest of low salaries.
The exhortation was made on February 2 in the state of Trujillo, in an act carried out on the 31st anniversary of the failed coup d’état of February 4, 1992. He asked the authorities of the entity to make a “diagnosis school by school” in order to specify how many teachers do not attend the classrooms.

“Having the diagnosis, we will advance in three directions with the state political team, the Youth of the PSUV and the municipal structures,” said the pro-government deputy.
He indicated that they will assume voluntary work and that up to four hours of classes will be taught. “We must have the academic vocation and agree with the study programs.”
Pedro Carreño said that the substitution will be temporary because the party will resort to retired teachers and those who accept will be reinstated and the spaces will be ceded. “A child cannot be left without classes.”
