He Fourth Trial Court of Cartagena established a sentence of 25 years and 6 months in prison against Ramón Emilio and Andrés Felipe Pérez Hoyos.

both brothers were defendants as structurers and financiers of the crime of prosecutor Marcelo Pecciwhich occurred in May of last year on the beaches of Barú, Colombia.
During the hearing, the Pérez Hoyos brothers complied with the acceptance of charges freely and voluntarilyfor which the judicial process was finalized by setting the sentence for both.

Ramón and Andrés Pérez Hoyos are accused by the Colombian authorities as Key players in the attack against Pecci. both admitted having delivered 1,500 million Colombian pesos to Francisco Correa Galeano to finance the assassination of the Paraguayan prosecutor.
