“We are going to create the immediate reaction group ‘Pakal’ which will be made up of a team of special police officers who will have a very good salary,” he announced on his first day as governor from the Polyforum Convention Center.
The Morenista instructed Óscar Alberto Aparicio Avendaño, Secretary of People’s Security, and Jorge Luis Llaven Abarca, state prosecutor, to go “with everything” to combat the crimes of extortion, collection of property rights, assault on highways and other crimes. He warned both officials that they are on probation.
“Asking both of you, it is important to point out to the people of Chiapas that my Security Cabinet is on trial,” he said.
He also indicated that all senior security officials will be replaced in the entity.
We will assume as our own the axes that the president (Claudia Sheinbaum) has called for, as I am always very attentive to the issue of security: first, addressing the causes, intelligence and investigation, cooperation and zero impunity for crime.
