The Communist Party of Venezuela indicated that the continuity of the dialogue, recently announced from France, “is a new attempt by these actors to agree on the distribution of the wealth of our country.”
The Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) assured that the dialogue that the government has maintained with the opposition up to now “has not served to solve the problems of our people.”
In a press conference this Monday, November 14, the president of the Perfecto Abreu Nieves party, highlighted that the results of the dialogues in Mexico, “was the so-called Anti-Blockade Law, which is nothing more than an instrument, to violate the National Constitution and give guarantees in favor of big capital.
He indicated that the continuation of the dialogue, recently announced from France, “is a new attempt by these actors to reach an agreement for the distribution of the wealth of our country,” said Abreu Nieves.
“Work emergency”
The party warned that the Labor Emergency bill proposed by Fedecámaras and pointed out that it is not in the hands of the union or the Government; “Neither in the corrupt leadership of certain trade union centrals, but rather it is in the hands of the class-oriented trade union movement that has carried out important mobilizations in defense of wages,” he said.

In this sense, Abreu Nieves said that Fedecámaras is currently proposing an “Emergency Law” and “we all know that Fedecámaras is the genuine representative of the employer’s interests in Venezuela: they are far from wanting to defend the interests of the workers.” he expressed.
“Likewise, the Government has been applying a policy – with the approval of different sectors of the right-wing opposition – that takes away the rights of Venezuelan workers. Such is the case of the salary bonus; the dollarization of the economy; the theft of social benefits and the liquidation of collective agreements”, he added.
