For him PCT, this fact represents consolidation of a process of hegemonization of the most rancid values of conservatismevidenced in the forceful rejection of the government and National Congress to the claim of the three causes, as well as in the promotion of xenophobia and racial harassment against Haitian citizens and even Dominican Dominicans.
