In order to promote the development of the borders, the presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) created the work table to boost the development of the district of Santa Rosa de Loreto, of the province of Mariscal Ramón Castilla, in the department of Loreto.
Through Ministerial Resolution No. 190-2025-PCM, the multisectoral group of a temporary nature was created that seeks to formulate a Territorial Intervention Strategy In Santa Rosa, for institutional strengthening and improvement of population goods and services.
The group is formed by the PCM decentralization Secretariatand composed of representatives of the Ministries of the Environment; Defense; Social development and inclusion; Economy and finance; Education; Energy and mines; Inside; Woman and vulnerable populations; Production; Foreign relations; Health; Work and promotion of employment, transport and communications and housing, construction and sanitation.
In addition, a representative of the Ministry of Social Management and Dialogue of the PCM, a representative of the Loreto regional government, the mayor of the Provincial Municipality of Mariscal Ramón Castilla and 4 representatives of the Civil Society Organized by the district of Santa Rosa de Loreto, accredited by said municipality.
Among the group’s work, elaborate a Territorial Development Agenda on the needs of the district and proposal for shares and investments.
The PCM stressed that within 5 business days after the publication of the standard, the participating entities must designate your regular and alternate representatives.
Likewise, the group installation must be within a period maximum of 10 business days and will last until the Mayor of Santa Rosa assumes functions, when a final PCM report will be announced.
