The ad hoc commission created by Law 29625 approved the third reimbursement group for the return of contributions to the National Housing Fund (Fonavi), which will benefit a total of 189,826 exaporters, who can collect the reimbursement from today.
The measure was formalized by administrative resolution 009-2025/CAH-Law 29625, published yesterday in the newspaper El Peruano. The provision authorizes the complementary payment to fonavistas that integrated the first 19 return groups and that previously received only part of the total amount that corresponds to them.
The register of the third reimbursement group considers fonavistas holders over 70 years, as well as the heirs of deceased people who, if they were alive, would turn 90 as of March 31 of this year.
There are also those who appear in the National Registry of the person with disabilities (CONADIS), those who receive a disability pension from the ONP and those with serious or terminal diseases, duly accredited.
According to the Ad Hoc Commission, the total amount assigned for this group amounts to 631 million 353,301.07 soles.
The rule also establishes the issuance of the certificate of recognition of contributions and rights of the Fonavista (CERAD), which will be notified virtually through the official platforms of the FONAVI: www.fonavi-st.gob.pe and www.fonavi-st.pe. Likewise, the beneficiaries may request the document from the Fonavista Attention Platforms.
The Bank of the Nation was instructed to initiate the corresponding payment process since April 11, in compliance with the schedule established by the Commission.

To know if they are part of this group, citizens can access the official portal: www.fonavist.gob.pe/sifonavi/.
In the place you should only click on the button: “4. See here if you are beneficiary of the third group, reintegros-April 2025”.
The Bank of the Nation recommended users to verify whether they are beneficiaries of the Reimbursement 3 of the FONAVI before approaching the windows and request payment.
