Once again Patrick Mahomes showed that he is the best player in the NFL today by being the architect of Kansas City’s victory in Superbowl LVII over the Philadelphia Eagles.
Mahomes took his second most valuable player trophy of the most watched game of the year, although he only threw for 182 yards but was decisive with his three touchdown passes, but more importantly his 44 rushing yards, including on a third-chance play where he managed to maintain the Chiefs brand at a key moment.
It is Mahomes’ second career MVP award, at Superbowl LIV in Miami he won his first when Kansas City beat San Francisco.
Mahomes without any obstacles is a future member of the hall of fame, already accumulating two Vince Lombardi trophies, Two Superbowl MVPs, two NFL MVP awards, Offensive Player of the Year in 2018, among other awards.
