The Ministry of Indigenous Peoples (MPI) announced this Wednesday (28) the extension of the Pataxó People’s Crisis Office, created to monitor the case of the murder of two Pataxó indigenous people in southern Bahia in January this year. The group will have another 45 days to complete the follow-up work on the case and guarantee the protection of indigenous peoples in the region.
