A serious complaint of alleged touching of a minor on a flight in Colombia, has been known this Tuesday and Avianca issued a statement, indicating that in effect, the Police had to intervene in the case and lowered the passenger from the aircraft.
It happened on flight 8550 on the Bogotá-Valledupar route, and the passenger “apparently had inappropriate behavior with a minor.”

According to the airline, during the flight the crew was not informed of what happened to the child.
They pointed out that it was not until they arrived at the airport that the passengers reported the situation, “and the police were called.”

What they did report from Avianca is that this type of incident with disruptive passengers has increased in the last two years, and asks the Civil Aeronautics to increase controls and toughen measures, so that those passengers who have put the safety of others at risk people, can be “excluded”.
The police, for their part, have so far not reported on the attention to this case, nor the state in which the man was. The case has already been reported to the Prosecutor’s Office but it is unknown if the subject indicated was captured.
