“Pascacito” arrested, required by Italian justice

Apresan a “Pascacito”, requerido por la justicia Italiana   

Santo Domingo.- Agents of the National Central Office (OCN) Interpol Santo Domingo, in collaboration with the Central Investigation Directorate (Dicrim) and the Directorate of International Legal Cooperation and Human Rights of the Attorney General’s Office, arrested Pascasio Bueno Rosario, alias “Pascacito.”

The capture was made in compliance with a resolution of the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice.

The operation was carried out in a parking located at kilometer 10 of the Juan Pablo Duarte highwayNational District.

“Pascacito” was searched for through a Red Notice issued by the Italian judicial authorities, who accuse him of aggravated illicit drug traffickingtransnational crime and complicity with others. Likewise, he is also wanted by France for drug-related charges.

To evade the authorities, the detainee used false identities under the names Ralfi Marmolejos Villar and Jhon Manuel Rodríguez Recio.

Dominican Republic, has an extensive criminal history which includes illegal possession of weapons, homicide, drug distribution and criminal association.

At the moment, “Pascacito” is in custody and will face proceedings in accordance with international agreements and laws
