“If I go to the Electoral Chamber in these conditions, I will be in absolute vulnerability due to defenselessness and violation of due process, and I will put at risk not only my freedom but, more importantly, the will of the Venezuelan people expressed on July 28” in the elections, González Urrutia said in a statement.

The president of the TSUJ, Caryslia Rodríguez, asked that González Urrutia’s non-appearance before the Electoral Chamber be “recorded.” The leaders who attended handed over the minutes they have available related to the electoral event of July 28.
