The first candidate to be added to the list, which he agreed to The Observer, it was Xavier Palummo. Vice President of the Advisory Committee of the United Nations Human Rights Council, it is sponsored by Gurises Unidos, Mundo Afro, Último Recurso and Data Uruguay.
