Father and mother were arrested for committing sexual violence against their three children, ages 15, 12 and 7, according to a report from the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) to which we had partial access.
Three other people were also arrested for their alleged connection with child abuse, exploitation, rape and mistreatment committed against the three minors. This event occurred continuously in a home located in the Venancio Pulgar parish, Maracaibo municipality (Zulia), according to investigations.
PNB agents carried out the arrests after receiving a complaint from a 15-year-old girl. She revealed that her mother, Nathaly Carolina Fuenmayor, in the company of her father, Ricardo José Beltrán, repeatedly abuse her and her sisters aged 12 and 7, in complicity with other people.
The complainant added that in addition to sexual abuse, she and her sisters have suffered physical abuse.
The arrest of the subjects was carried out in the Panamericano sector, 81st avenue, 71st street, house 71-71. In addition to the parents of the minors, Roberto Carlos Rincón Briceño, Ramón Chávez Oswaldo and Freddy José Fernández Navarro were detained.
The detainees were taken to CDI Guaicaipuro where they underwent a medical check-up, showing stable conditions and no visible injuries.
The procedure was notified to prosecutor Karoly Quintero and Laudis González, counselor for Child and Adolescent Protection.
