Paralyze 98 public works throughout the Huancavelica region

A total of 98 public works were found paralyzed by the Comptroller General in Huancavelica.

As detailed, these works have not been completed and no progress has been reported in their physical execution for half a year.

Among the main causes of these stoppages is the lack of financial resources or liquidity, breaches of contract, discrepancies, arbitrations, controversies, social conflicts, climate problems, among others.

Some of the main paralyzed works include the Zacarías Correa Hospital, the construction of infrastructure in Quichuas, the National Autonomous University of Tayacaja, the Pazos health center, the Seqsachaca tourist park, the Acobamba youth house, etc.

In the same way, they announced that at the national level, the Comptroller’s Office detected that there are 1,879 paralyzed public works.
