For the second year in a row, Uber released the ranking of Latin American countries with the best user ratings. Paraguay managed to enter the Top 5 again, improving its position compared to the 2022 ranking and reaching second place behind Honduras.
With the aim of promoting that each trip is a 5-star experience, Uber released for the second consecutive year the ranking of the Latin American countries with the highest average ratings granted to users by driver partners. /as registered in the Uber App.
In this new edition, Paraguay once again stood out in the Top 5 of countries with the best rated users in the region, placing on the podium and moving up two positions compared to the previous year:
1- Honduras
2- Paraguayan
3-Jamaican
4- Argentina
5- Ecuador
This rise is not surprising and is undoubtedly a reflection of Paraguayan culture. Paraguayans are characterized by their kindness, responsibility, cordiality and hospitality. “The mutual rating system aims to maintain and improve the experience within the platform, in addition to promoting good practices of coexistence in the community. How to improve the rating?
The rating of each user is an average of the last 500 trips made. This means that it will always be possible to improve the qualification gradually having a respectful experience in the following trips. The most practical way to achieve this is by considering the 7 main reasons why drivers registered in the Uber App rate a trip with less than 5 stars:
1- Punctuality: Being on time and ready for the ride when the driver registered in the App arrives is an important aspect of the Uber app experience. If the user is aware that their trip is delayed or needs to be cancelled, it is important that they notify the driver registered in the APP in a timely manner.
2- Respect: Treat the driver registered in the App and his car as you want to be treated. For example, nobody likes to have their car door slammed when closing.
