Paraguay present at the Second Joint ICAO/INTERPOL Forum held in France

Paraguay participated in the Second Joint ICAO/INTERPOL Forum on the exchange of passenger data, which took place from December 13 to 14 at the Interpol General Secretariat, in Lyon (France).

The national delegation is made up of Mgtr. Angeles Arriola, National Director of Migrations; the counselor René Castillo Ruiz, director of Passports and Consular Services and Dr. Francisco López, director of Surveillance and Border Control of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare.

The forum was propitious to highlight the need to strengthen international cooperation and collaboration to facilitate the travel of people, the strengthening of security measures and the fight against terrorism and serious crimes that threaten international civil aviation.
