Paraguay headquarters of the Jiu Jitsu Qualifying Circuit

Diego Galeano Harrison, Minister of Sports held a meeting with Lionel Bareiro, President of the Paraguayan Federation of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, in which they celebrated that for the first time Paraguay will serve as the headquarters of the Jiu Jitsu Qualifying Circuit, facing the World Cup of the aforementioned discipline that will take place in November of this year in the United Arab Emirates.

In this way, the SND Arena will host more than a thousand athletes from different countries in the region, hoping to have the participation of approximately 400 compatriots who would be risking their World Cup qualification in the different categories.

The weigh-in ceremony will take place on Friday, February 24, and the qualifying event will take place on Saturday, February 25. The classification system will be based on points, which will be updated with the different countries in order to update the rankings and the best ones will have access to the World Cup, for which the International Federation will take care of the expenses of the qualifiers.
