Within the framework of International Women’s Day, Paola Díaz del Castillo, digital marketing specialist and CEO of Nimbus Crea, assured that it is necessary to encourage women to generate positive changes in their lives, especially those who are in a situation of vulnerability. .
And it is that Díaz del Castillo leads the Level Up Women movement, a program that aims to develop and strengthen the skills of women both in the personal and business spheres.
This event also has the purpose of supporting low-income women diagnosed with breast cancer so that they can face this situation in a positive way and with a better life expectancy.
In Mexico, breast cancer represents 17 percent of all deaths from cancer, this being the most common and deadly for women, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi).
“Together with five other professionals, at Level Up Women we support and join this social cause to change the lives of many women, from a ‘win win’ perspective, where we not only add value with the content we promote but also, 100 percent of the proceeds”, said Paola Díaz del Castillo.
Likewise, regarding women entrepreneurs, the CEO of Nimbus Crea pointed out that according to the annual report “Women in Business” prepared by Grant Thornton, 31 percent of companies have women in senior management positions and particularly in Mexico, the figure rises to 35 percent.
“This figure could increase if we really begin to put our grain of sand more women to grow hand in hand because together we are unstoppable,” said Paola Díaz del Castillo.
Paola has promoted more than 1,500 people through courses focused on digital marketing as well as conferences in different leading organizations in Mexico, where she promotes gender parity and contributes to reducing the gaps that exist in the business world.
