The Third Criminal Chamber of the Court of Appeal of the National District merged the files of the appeals filed by two defendants of the Pandora caseaccused of theft of projectiles from the Superintendency of Weapons of the National Police.
For procedural economy and because it was the same resolution, the appeal court ordered the merger of the files of the appeals filed by the defendants in the Pandora case, Ángel Martínez Basilio and Juan Miguel Soler.
